I have been working in the heat pump industry for nearly 20 years now
The basis of this work is the „Carnot cycle“, a theoretical concept describing the efficiency of a thermodynamic engine during the conversion of heat into work, or conversely, the efficiency of a refrigeration system in creating a temperature difference thermodynamic cycle that was first described in 1824 by the French physicist Side Carnot ( 1. Juni 1796 – 24. August 1832).
While this thermodynamic cycle was later refined by other experts, Side Carnot created the basic theoretical understanding.
